With few exceptions, United has been very good and I will continue to fly with them. Improvements can be made, as with any business venture. This is why they exist: to compete for your business. Hold them to the fire if they don't meet your expectations (as long as your expectations aren't inflated beyond reason.)

Flew from CT to CO economy for business. The flight was booked and the economy seat was ridiculously tight. My BMI is normal weight. To make matters worse I sat in the middle seat. If I had known it was that terrible, I would have upgraded to first class and make my company pay for it. I will never consider flying United again. The flight was 4ish hrs non stop. Staff was friendly. You are allowed 1 carry on luggage and 1 personal item at the time of this review

The flight it self went very smoothly but I was not to comfortable on my 2nd flight having 3 seats and all 3 passengers were a little on the big side 😅.. I decided on my return to book first class n was the best decision I made . . The flight was smooth. I was very comfortable. My wife was happy. I had plenty of room and the flight attendant were very nice .

Returned to Chicago from BDL. Long line at the airport check in at 4 AM. Was pre-boarded again because of our disabled 6 yo grandson. Flight took off on time. Shortly after take off, an announcement was made that lights will stay dimmed so we can rest. There will be no beverage service because of turbulence. There was none, the seatbelt sign was off for most of the 2 hour flight. The only reason we flew United was their nonstop flight. Not again!

You made it possible for me to attend my sons wedding. Thank you for being there for me every step of the way so that I could be there for my son on this once in a lifetime occasion. I will never forget this.
