I have been flying for decades and this airport specifically United’s airlines at this airport has the biggest group of rude past security I’ve ever seen. I been flying United for years and I’ve noticed their service has gotten terrible however I arrived early at the airport today for a flight. Arrived to my gate ahead of schedule. Never got a notification that the flight was even preparing to board which I always do and when I kissed the flight which I’m stilll puzzled how as yall typically delay flights so now flights are leaving earlier than scheduled. I make this African American lady aware of it and she had the deadest dumbest look in her face like she didn’t care. More important I asked hey you they don’t make announcement if their boarding early and in addition to every airport I fly United has the same protocol for flying meaning they send notifications of the flight time has changed I got one of this and this women could care less. Stop flying United especially at this airport as the workers got terrible attitudes and they just don’t care. They won’t care or reprimand these workers y till.We stop flying.

The website states that they opened to take check bags at 4:30 the employees did not get there until five, and nobody informed us of this time change. My wife almost missed her flight, because of security being backed up.

United has seatback screens that force advertisements on you. You can't turn them off, you're buckled in and captive. Enjoy your flight of ads.

I like checking in at the desk. The recent change I was told was that only first class can go to the counter. Not people friendly in the least.

My original high rating was immediately dashed by United (can't maintain a schedule) airline. Worse weekend trip ever! With perfect weather their first flight was 40 minutes late leaving the gate but I didn't miss my connection since that departure was over 3 hours late and I got home just past midnight. On a sunny Sunday they repeated the 40-45 minutes late gate departure causing me to miss my next connection, pay out of pocket for a hotel, meals, taxi and added another 2 flights which made me hopelessly late for work that next day. No vouchers, 100% United at fault, and they kicked me down the road like an old can. Fly Delta!
