United has always been understanding in a difficult situation. They waived their usual fees when I had to change a flight because of circumstances not under my control. United is always my first choice in airlines.

I travel everywhere for work on many different airlines and united is the worst. Be prepared for lost luggage and rude employees, be ready to be packed in a plane like sardines. And they do not care.

Only way to fly out of Panama City to Knoxville but must go via Houston, only made ok because had to use mere 10,000 points.
