First and last time using United. United airlines doesn’t even have staff at the airport to facilitate check ins most of the time. Nothing like showing up to the airport and waiting on non existent employees to show up to work. I’ll be booking a competitor for all future flights. At least they can afford to have employees present. Unacceptable. Seats didn’t even recline on the plane.

Beware! My wife and I flew home on July 7 from Sarasota to Newark on the 10:12 AM flight, the lady told me that my bag was too big for a personal item, this is the same bag I take on every flight for United! She made me check it and then charge my card without authorization $65

I spent two hours trying to get a simple change made for my daughter who was newly diagnosed with a disability. They ended up disconnecting me after hours to start over because the could care less. We had to change for medical purposes not for fun. Same flight, same time, same fuel charges and staffing needs/costs for United but they feel it’s right to charge hundreds of dollars for each of us to make a one day date change so she can get to her bloodwork appt. Nothing changes as far as expenses for them, nothing. I tried the chat, text and calling and I was treated like garbage and spoken to in a condescending manner even by management. We have documentations from her physician and they don’t care. They care about gouging consumers who have 30+ years of loyalty. Truly sad how downhill this airline is going and how little they care and honor loyal consumers who they have made millions on as we charged their card the past 30 years. They want loyalty but do not give it. Business greed has no place in this situation.the lack of compassion is sad, truly sad.

We flew home from a 2 week Transatlantic Cruise on the United Airlines~Polaris Business Class. It was an amazing flight with wonderful Flight Attendants. We had so much room and we were able to lay down and nap! What a great flight home, as we had been traveling for 3 weeks and were really worn out. Best flight ever!
