    I was scheduled for a flight from Dominican Repulic to Newark on June 21st, which was scheduled to depart at 1:30pm. Unfortunately, we were informed that the flight was delayed due to " Technical Issues " When I asked for a better explanation, the United Staff could not provide me with an answer. This definitely stressed the HELL out of me. Passengers were then given a $15 voucher to eat a few hours into us waiting, to then be told that we were boarding. Passengers found themselves scrambling to use their vouchers, which in turn created more stress. We depated almost 3 hours later. We arrived safely to Newark but tension was high and flight was very uncomfortable for me. I understand that flights are delayed all the time, but United handled this terribly. My personal opinion is that United should have canceled that flight, taken their time to properly check the technical issue, and had us safely fly out the next day. United has had their issues, and I ask you to check and research yourselves, and you shall see. I myself will never fly with United again. God Bless....✌️

    If you care about arriving on time, better customer service, better compensation for the trouble. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this United airline. Got stuck in Charlotte over night and they didn’t offer to put me up in a hotel. Just two $15 vouchers that didn’t work. Also last recent flights have been delayed by over three hours and only a $20 meal voucher. Mind you I’m typing this as I’m in Gate A20 at EWR because we were deplaned and there is no sign of bad weather.

    In 2021, I had the worst plane experience of MY LIFE. I was forced to wear the mask at all times, even during sleep! And if I didn’t they would put me on the blacklist. Mean staff. One star

    Terrible airline. I travel every week for work and it's not been every Friday going home for a month. If you value your time - fly with someone else.

    THE WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN BAD EMPLOYEES SO DISRESPECTFUL THE LADY WHOS WORKING THERE TODAY JULY/31/25 IN TERMINAL B GATE 45 IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE YOU WOULD EVER SEE BAD BAD BAD NEVER AGAIN……
