United airlines is the BEST the Flight attendants were super nice and the pilots were able to put us in the cockpit and start the engines. This flight had First class on board and it was just peak. We always rely on United airlines.

UA52 on September 1, 2025. The aircraft broke down after we had already boarded. After about 20 minutes, the plane completely lost power, including all electricity on board. I already had a feeling that we probably wouldn’t be flying with that aircraft. Anyway, after a long back and forth, the plane had to be replaced, which meant another long wait. In the end, though, we all made it home safely. The crew remained very professional throughout, and even though there were quite a few difficult passengers, I still want to express my gratitude. I usually hate flying, but with this crew it was actually enjoyable, and I felt safe. The flight attendants in the back, where I was seated, were extremely friendly and attentive! Thank you — I will definitely fly with United again. All in all, I had five flights with United during this vacation, and so far it’s my favorite airline. Thank you, and safe travels to everyone!

United Airlines charge me for a checked bag which included Express check at curb however when I arrived, the computer had no record of my paying for the check bag and so they charged me again. They also charged me an extra $50 at time of booking in addition to the price of the ticket and I still do not know why. I did not choose a seat and I did not have economy Plus. I have tried several times to contact them however I am getting nowhere. I alerted my credit card company and disputed the two charges. But have not been reimbursed. In addition if you don't mind walking 3 and 1/2 mi from the curb to your gate then it's a great place.

I’ve never had major issues with United Airlines before, but after this experience, I will no longer be flying with them. Our flight was delayed, which caused us to miss our connecting flight and it was our honeymoon no less. Instead of helping us rebook, United offered no real support and left us to figure it out on our own. We were forced to purchase another ticket out of pocket, and they have refused to refund us for the additional expense. This lack of accountability and care for their customers is unacceptable. Because of this, we will not be booking with United again and will be canceling their rewards credit card. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor customer service from an airline we’ve trusted in the past. I have all the details and documentation if any other users/customers are curious to know more.

We had a 3 hour flight delay because one of the terrain sensors on the plane was not functioning correctly so the violet said it was a no go. They gave us snacks while we waited for an update. They got a new aircraft and we boarded we were going to by some drinks and food but they said it was covered due to the delay so that was nice. I know others may have had a connecting flight and I hope United made it right but our experience was ok with us.

Most deceptive airline I have ever flown with! Fly at your own risk. They delayed our flight so that we missed our connection and we're stranded. Normally they put you up in a hotel right? Nope, not United...first they said we had to go back to the airport to speak to a representative, however when we got to the airport, the "contract" employees said they had no idea what we were talking about. LIE #1. Then they said speak to someone at a phone number they gave us. Then they tell us that it was an "uncontrollable delay" and that they didn't owe us anything. LIE #2. For the love of all that is good, PLEASE AVOID THIS AIRLINE! It will save you money and headaches. Just go fly Delta, much better service.
