My mother passed away and I had to make flight changes from Puerto Rico. I was assured that I would be refunded for the missed flight by a United agent. I showed proof of her death and yet nothing from United, how horrible! Choose another airline

Enjoyed my United flight home for the holidays. I scored my own row on Christmas Eve. It was delightful to nap and read for 3 uninterrupted hours. Excellent customer service all around - from the pilot, fight attendants and airport personnel!!! I ❤ United !!!
