Checking in for my flight I found out that ANY bag you bring must be checked and costs $40 for one bag. It goes up from there. There is an exception for one personal bag that must fit under the seat. American Airlines at least allowed one carry on and one personal bag. Southwest has the best policy of two free checked bags. In addition, United simply assigned me seats. I had no choice in the matter unless I wanted to pay extra. I doubt I'll ever fly United Airlines again.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. They lost my bag one week, then my bag did not get back to me until calling multiple times and bag did not get back to me for 5 days. Then they took my money for an upgrade and I did not even get the seat I picked and there people are not helpful st all.

The Democrats screwing everyone over with this forced shutdown. Flight has been delayed 3 times. Thank you united for your resolve.

They cancelled my flight. The one they rebooked left late the next night. That left me without lodging for more than 9 hours. I dealt with Sida who was insensitive and only provided me with one way transportation. She made a minute stake and issued only one one time travel voucher. When I brought this problem to her attention the next day she was even more insensitive if not rude and kept insisting on hat there was nothing could she could do because I was no longer "with" them and gave her coworker this look like I was being so unreasonable or something.

Worst service I ever received flying. No sense of urgency when it comes to servicing their passengers. No urge to go above and beyond. No sense of compassion nor empathy. Everyone is trained to be a robot and not think above and beyond what's required. You might as well replace all non robots and go fully autotonomous at United Airlines in SeaTac, WA. Bad managers equal rotten employees. They came from bad fruit( they were taught wrong and so they do wrong and teach wrong.) #BadFruit #BadTeachers = Incorrectly trained employees regarding customer service. I was and still so disappointed. When a customer is so upset and they just walk away and cry in a corner due the treatment and disrespect because they have been let down and seen as just a number and not a real human being. You have failed as an organization.
