On 4/7/25 We were notified of a 4 hour flight delay 10 MINUTES before scheduled departure. With the 4 hour delay we could not make our subsequent connection. Had we been notified sooner we could have been rebooked in time to not have to go home and return the next day. The United attendant at the gate, DID nothing but to assist with rebooking our group! We were at the airport for 7 hours of wasted time before she finally called someone at the United Checkin desk who helped to rebook us. No food voucher offered. No hotel stay accommodation offered. Nothing!! Just frustration and missed itinerary of subsequent overseas vacation reservations (hotel, dinner, chartered bus). This was horrendous UNITED!!

Definitely a horrible experience being told no I cant go back to say goodbye and watch my daughter leave for the military. Shame on the people who manage this place when I had all the right credentials and reasons for being there!!!!

United screwed me over time to time. Cannot really believe this is how they operate! They multibooked my ticket and then canceled all of them. When I try ask them about it, they just shrugged shoulders!

3 hour Delays announced 30min before original take off. no help what so ever and information on alternative travel plan given with top notch rudeness. No food/accommodation voucher in context of missed connections. Would avoid this airline in the future
