Separated my family on a 8 hour flight when we had first class tickets!!!!!!! Now my daughter and I have to sit in the back of the plane for 2 pilots to take our seats?????????? United doesn’t care about its passengers or customers who pay for tickets 3 months in advance!!!!! I am so glad they think pilots are so important they need to separate family’s so they can sit first class…. Very poor management and professionalism Just found out the that the 2 pilots are laughing about getting to kick out a family out of first class!!!!!! Crazy that they think it is so funny to separate a family and think it’s okay. I can’t believe this is who flys the planes for untied. Might need to check your contracts instead of kicking out paying customers out of first class for some uptight rude pilots. The also are unwilling to take economy meals to give my child the meal we paid for and were supposed to get. Very upstanding pilots united hires. Not sure why they would let pilots kick a family out of there seat they had planes don sitting in for 3 months. How are we supposed to plan around that. United doesn’t care about any of their customers. Jorge at the counter was the rudest person ever and was the least helpful agent I had ever come across!!!!!

The beginning of this trip started off rocky! The airline attendant who was checking us in was snippy! The other attendant was very professional. The rest of my trips with United was great!

United Airlines was an amazing experience! The flight was comfortable, and they really went out of their way to make passengers feel welcome. They offered free movies and snacks, which made the trip fun and enjoyable, especially for my child—he had a blast the entire way to Los Angeles. The atmosphere on the plane felt safe and family-friendly, which is so important when traveling with little ones. The pilot and crew were friendly, approachable, and professional, making the flight smooth and stress-free. Everyone on board seemed genuinely nice, and the service made the trip feel effortless. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend flying with United Airlines, especially if you’re traveling with kids! My 1-year-old son took his very first flight—and he did amazing! He even made some new friends along the way, adopting two sweet older passengers as his honorary grandparents. Everyone was so kind and understanding, which made the whole experience even better. We had no issues on the way there or back—Ms. Rachel definitely held it down as usual! I’m just so grateful we were surrounded by patience, grace, and love. Thank you, Jesus, for safe travels and for covering us the whole way through. 💛✈️🙏

Booked a flight to Europe through United that was “operated” by Lufthansa. No mention that my 1K status wouldn’t be honored and that I would have to fly economy with ZERO status benefits. The flight is non refundable too. Called 1K number for help, useless. Called Lufthansa also useless. Calling Delta Airlines for status match and leaving United tomorrow. About 20 years of travel and I get zero help. False advertising too.

DO NOT FLY UNITED THROUGH HOUSTON. They will take your bags and make you pay. I was approved for a carry on for 3 of my 4 flights except united. I had the rudest airport worker in my life over the size of my bag although it was PRE APPROVED. Her brilliant response. “ they ain’t shouldnt have let you take that”. Never again. Houston has been by far my worst airport experience. Save yourself the time and especially the money. United Airlines workers will find any excuse to charge you.
