After our United flight was delayed for hours until past midnight, I simply said, “You guys really need to do better”—only to be accused by a crew member of having an “anger problem.” That alone was invalidating and unprofessional, but what shocked me even more was that the crew member then threatened not to let me board. I was traveling with my 1-year-old child and my 76- and 77-year-old parents. We were all extremely exhausted, and my baby was under severe stress after waiting so long in uncomfortable conditions. Instead of empathy or even basic decency, I was met with intimidation for speaking up. United needs to train its staff to treat passengers—especially vulnerable ones—with compassion, not hostility.

On 8-17 United kicked us and everybody off a plane from CMX to ORD. Plane left without us. They claim non compensation due to weather. There was no weather at either end. Dealing with United gets repeated same email that does not address lack of weather problem.

Over the years I've had plenty of bad experiences with united, but today they hit a homerun. my flight departed at 6:00 a.m., getting thru tsa was smooth, on time departure, on time arrival in Houston, and made a tight (45 min) connection there with ease. I hope United keeps up this level of efficiency!

The employees at the O'Hare airport were very rude, especially the United Airlines employees. They continued to have delay after delay with no explanation. Then when the two of us went through TSA, and we tried to board our flight, one of us were rudely denied boarding and told us to stop talking! I wish I would have gotten the United Airlines employe's name. She demanded that we go back to the TSA. When we went back to TSA, TSA did an inappropriate pat down of my daughter and a thorough examination of all her belongings... finding nothing wrong. TSA said she didn't go through the first time. Well, how did she get to the gate with me if she didn't go through security? It makes no sense at all! We were given no explanation as to why she was treated this way. TSA screwed up big time and didn't even ac that. The sta at the information center were very kind but we will NEVER fly United Airlines again or come through O'Hare Airport! How can they run an airport like this??? Now the flight is overbooked and we have no way home.

These jerks charge you to select seats. I have 4 young kids. I am not complying with robbery so they will be randomly seated around the cabin and the flight attendants can babysit them for me.

Customer Service of United Airlines are sucks. I was at the airport an hour and half early and they made me miss my flight instead of helping me to get in the flight they made me run around & told me to wait on additional help line while the staff was chitchatting.. I paid for the flight and now I am on standby this is absolutely absurd. Don’t know why I switched from purchasing ticket from Air Canada to United Airlines. I am getting pissed because at the time of checking in at the kiosk they restricted my boarding and made me run around.. I am not traveling for free or on some coupons then whyyy the run around - I am absolutely hating the fact that they could’ve provided the customer service - not put me on standby-will NOT travel with them again. Their agents ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL DONT travel with them especially during emergency time
