    United Airlines – Negligence, Arrogance, and Theft On August 21, I flew United from Newark to Dallas. United forgot to load my checked bag—the one with essentials for my 6-month-old and 5-year-old children. That is not a small mistake, it is unforgivable negligence. At Dallas, the baggage agent “Dolly” was rude and dismissive when we explained we needed the bag immediately. Instead of help, we were shoved off with a phone number. By 12:36 AM the next day, United admitted the bag was still sitting in Newark. From that point, there were five separate flights they could have used to send it. They did nothing. I called the United baggage call center more than a dozen times Friday. They repeatedly emailed and phoned Newark baggage services—who ignored every single attempt to get a response. Newark simply sat on my bag until Saturday, knowing full well I was leaving Sunday. Because of United’s laziness and arrogance, I spent what little vacation time I had running around buying formula, clothing, and other baby essentials. They wrecked my trip. When I landed back in Newark and finally retrieved my bag, I discovered it had been damaged and items were missing. To add insult to injury, the baggage staff were openly rude, ignored my questions, and offered zero accountability. They acted like my property and my children’s needs meant nothing. United Airlines didn’t just delay my bag—they abandoned it, mishandled it, and returned it damaged with belongings missing. Their staff were arrogant, unprofessional, and insulting throughout. This airline failed at the most basic responsibility of air travel: moving a bag from one airport to another without losing, breaking, or stealing from it. United Airlines is a disgrace to the industry. No family should ever have to go through what mine did. Fire the baggage staff, fire the managers, and overhaul this broken operation.

    If you wanna be treated decently in this company, unfortunately you have to pay for first class, cause that's the only time I got a decent treatment by them. What they do for first class should be the regular service. Otherwise, they act like they doing you a favor, not as you are a customer. So disorganized and so careless. Too bad this is the only company that has direct flights for some destinations. Been all the way to JFK just to fly with Delta instead and I do not regret. Hope they get better... one day.

    If I could give zero star I would. Airlines employees traveling on standby tickets get their suitcases checked in even though they are not making it on the flight. Meaning you can be stuck somewhere for days without bags, logical. And if you ask to offload your bag they say it’s impossible. Staff is rude, unhelpful and not empathetic at all. By the way, if you want to send your bags for free somewhere or want to place something harmful on a plane I guess you can! Since they load your bags without you..

    No zero star option? United is the worst. I had a bag out of a duffle and rather than letting me put it back as I was boarding they made me check the duffle at the gate, then auto charged me for it. I would have happily put the bag back into the duffle, which was essentially empty. And this after they were 4 hours late to depart. Looking to scam every dollar out of their customers. Fly anything else.

    nice stewardesses. deesgusting food! $200- rubber chicken wilted gross salad , wound up having 1/2 a roll as dinner! NO TV OR SCREENS, wifi not working and tjis is FIRST CLASS! never again. The United terminal let this UNSANITARY CREATURE get on a plane! Third world invasion!
