    I travel United now ONLY because of their Explorer card perks. I almost hate flying now. Flight attendants do nothing if passengers take extra luggage or both both pieces in overhead bins when only one should be. Not like the days gone by.

    I used to fly Hawaiian Airlines a lot. And Hawaiian is all right but they lost a little bit of their shine recently. About 4 years ago I started flying United. And I've been blown away by the customer service. Today a customer service representative named Micha helped move my 11-year-old boy next to my wife so that they wouldn't have to fly at different parts of the plane. Since they are embarking on a 4400 mile trip, I was so grateful that they got to sit next to each other! And believe it or not United is not extra expensive. Yes they have a luxury cost for their Polaris first class but if I had the money I would pay for that because it looks like one of the most comfortable looking ways to fly in the world. But as for us in Economy and Economy Plus / Premium Plus.....they treat us with mad respect! I have always been treated well and almost always had a phenomenal experience. Comfort is key. Maybe for my short little flights I'll stick with Southwest but for anything over 2 hours I'm going to fly United if there's a flight. BTW they have almost 900 airliners and they're about to add on a bunch of more 787 Dreamliners and 777x. So I can't wait to be a passenger I'm on board one of those new planes. Thanks Sam

    Definitely wanted to review this airline/kiosk because they went the extra mile for our trip to Las Vegas and I don’t think they get enough praise. Our flight got delayed and after the customer service line was not helpful, the people here made the experience better by getting us on a different flight and getting us to our destination almost 3 hours earlier than the customer service line did. They even helped us through the whole check in process since no one in our group was a frequent flier. They even provided service with a smile. Even though the start of our trip was a little bumpy, these individuals made it much better. Thank you.

    We had tickets to fly to Florida and plans had to change due to my father's death. In order to use our credit, we have to rebook AND pay the ridiculous fee for changing the flights. THEN we can submit 'proof'of my Dad's death and THEN they will refund our charge for the flight changes. I wonder how long it will take. Ridiculous in this computer age. My father's obituary can easily be found online. We usually fly Southwest(NO charge for changes!!) and love it but had to use United for my husband's work. Too bad. Can NOT stand this company. Everytime we use it we get lousy customer service on or off the plane...

    I love flying United. I am treated well. I tend to get great seating. I rarely experience delay and if so we are made aware as to why and accommodated. I was flying to the Nations Capital and used United for round trip flights. I recommend United.
