My first experience flying and I encounter Delays . Not enough help staff to guide the crowds I resived My new suitcase torn in a plastic bag, once I arrived to my destination. The good thing about this ,Is that all my belongings where still there , Thank you on that part .

Flight from London cancelled due to medical emergency - fair enough. Rebooked onto another flight which was then delayed (operational) so that I missed my connection. Rebooked again by United staff at Chicago, onto Alaskan & Hawian airlines to complete my journey (Alaskan charged be AGAIN to carry the hold luggage that I had already paid United to carry!) - arrived over 4 hours late at my destination - denied the mandated compensation by United and they refused to refund the additional baggage charges that I had to pay Alaskan. Very unimpressed.

There is no other U.S. airline like them, they offer service to an array of destinations across not only North America but also around the world. I would recommend to anyone

Amazing - Charlotte NC to IAH / Flight delayed due to no toilets working on the aircraft. The pilots had them fixed in 20 minutes by ground crew and we were only 20 minutes late.

3 delays this week. Day 1 changed gates 5 times delayed me an hour to my next flight 2. I witnessed an assault . A passenger purposely hit another with his luggage, and the passenger was allowed to stay on the plane. 3. No wifi on return flight 4. 1 hour delay on return flight. 5 I almost missed my flight by 1 min. 6.No wifi again 7. Ran far , united shuttle cart saw me and other passengers from late flight running and didn't offer us a ride. 8. Thinking we are late, then a broken cargo door, flight attendant, and grounds crew shift gate = 3 1/2 hour wait inside the plane. Nothing offered but water and an offer to return to a flight in the morning after we slept in the airport? I couldn't even get a coke or snack ? Oh, but the crew made themselves coffee. Appropriate resolution Ask all passengers to get off the plane, leaving all bags on and wait until the plane is fixed. Offer snacks and drinks. What is the point in keeping us in the plane that long at all????

Flights were on time and smooth for the most part. Friendly service and varied entertainment options.
