3rd flight in three weeks that is beyond delayed. No weather issues at all. We are being deboarded the 2nd time today! United has the absolute crappiest service in the industry today, bar none. They told us it was weather, now it’s something else. They are lying about delays.

Terminal E is new and it is horrible. It’s so many flights that are delayed today July 2 between 5 PM till now and I’m still here at 8:30.Pm The security section is horrible. It took forever when you get to the terminal they over sold all the flights in this terminal so every flight is delayed at least an hour. This is horrible and bad for business customers that are trying to get home to the jobs, they’re changing gates at the last 5 mins before boarding it’s just so bad this entire week at IAH UNITED has to do BETTER!

Wow..I wasnt looking at the time. ALMOST TIME TO BOARD Traveling with the least possible. No purse.. just 1 backpack 🤣🤣🥳🌊 I had to take my computer out of my backpack and take off my shoes. A lady helped me check in. I was not able to check in with my phone, bc they want to make sure i only have 1 bag. Going through the line to have my bag check took about 10 to 15 mins. The plane has landed from Cancun. Time to relax and enjoy myself. The only plan I have is to stay close to home (temporary) for the next week, maybe 2. ReGroup.. ReThink.. 1.37 pm I Interrupted a guy named Corey in the line to buy water at UnIVision. I found out he's also going to Cancun. I decided to ask him some questions and he allowed me to look into his life. In 5 mins I gave him a little run down of his life 🤣🤣🤣 InSight. The reason he caught my eye... is because he's different from oher people here. I had to find out if what I heard about him was true. It was confirmed. ✈️🪐🔮

I have always had great experiences with United—as both a credit card holder and stock owner—but my recent encounter at the check-in counter was frustrating. One of the agents, a middle-aged, chubby African American woman (last name REDDING), was unhelpful during the check-in process. She initially refused to check us in without providing a clear explanation, and when she eventually did, we were issued incorrect international tickets. Additionally, she charged us checked bag fees despite our status as United cardholders, which has never happened to me at other United counters worldwide. Her actions: 1. Caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for us as passengers. 2. Added extra work for her colleagues, who kindly stepped in to correct the mistake. 3. Could lead to fines for United Airlines due to baggage delays. Based on the Department of Transportation policy, this could result in at least $30,000/ month in financial losses for the Houston hub. 4. Hurt the United brand, which may negatively impact both its reputation and stock value. United has always been a reliable airline for me, but service like this can have long-term consequences. I hope the airline takes appropriate steps to address these concerns and improve customer service.

The United Lounge near A22 was great! Rommel behind the bar, Dannie and Eduardo were so friendly that neither my dad nor I wanted to leave for our flights. If either of us come through Houston in the future, we will make a point of stopping by this lounge to see these great people. Thank-you!!!

Honestly, the majority of my flights with United haven’t been that bad, but lately I have had five flights in a row that have been delayed from Houston to El Paso or El Paso to Houston. It’s the same issue every Monday morning or Sunday night. Plane is having electrical issues, issues with the ECU etc. etc. An hour before boarding, the flight gets delayed for three additional hours. The last plane I got on this nearly falling apart. I don’t know what has happened to United but if I had the option of fly another airline, I definitely would.
