Hallo! I would like to share my best experience of buying tickets in the office of Turkish airlines in Berlin with Miss Onel. She was with us from the day 1, when I bought tickets for my son, who was travelling without me first time, we ordered accompanying service, and I was asking tens questions and she was always giving me answers for documents and others. We had a booking for seven flights spread over several months, and the sales agent was superb: thoughtful, easy to contact even out of regular office hours, handled six check-ins, and booked lounge access at each airport. The agent was well-informed and very considerate. All-in-all our experience was taken up a notch.

Never been here, i just called. Customer service was really good. They treated me really well, service here is proactive, they were looking for a solution to the question i had. In the end i couldn't find the best offer for me and i could find it on the website. But the good customer service is really appreciated.
