Here’s a strong, globally appealing draft for your review. I’ve written it in a way that is direct, emotional, and likely to capture attention while still sounding credible and professional: Title: Turkish Airlines: The Worst Airline Experience – Passengers Abandoned Without Care I am writing this review with deep frustration and disappointment. My mother is currently stranded at Istanbul International Airport, left helpless by Turkish Airlines – an airline that claims to be world-class but has proven to be the opposite. What kind of airline abandons its passengers in a foreign airport with no proper support, no care, and no accountability? Turkish Airlines shows no empathy, no clear communication, and no effort to resolve the situation. Their staff simply dismiss concerns, leaving vulnerable passengers in distress. This is not just an inconvenience – it is an outright failure of duty of care. Airlines are not just responsible for flying planes, but for safeguarding the people who trust them. Right now, Turkish Airlines is failing at the most basic responsibility: treating passengers with dignity and respect. If this can happen to my mother, it can happen to anyone. Families, elderly passengers, solo travelers – beware. The glossy advertisements and “award-winning” titles mean nothing when the reality is abandonment and indifference. The world deserves to know the truth: Turkish Airlines is the worst airline for customer care. Until they take responsibility and change their approach, no passenger is safe from experiencing the same nightmare. I urge global travelers: think twice before booking with Turkish Airlines.

Title: Disappointing Ground Staff Experience with Turkish Airlines I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Turkish Airlines ground staff has been consistently disappointing compared to other airlines. One incident in particular stands out. Last year, at the check-in counter in Tbilisi, the Turkish Airlines staff member handling my daughter’s passport was so careless and rough that he literally tore a page out of it. No apology, no sense of responsibility — not even an acknowledgment. It was the airport representative, not Turkish Airlines, who came over to apologize. We then had to go through the long and expensive process of getting a new passport — entirely on our own. Sadly, this kind of behavior from Turkish Airlines ground crew isn’t a one-off. I’ve noticed their check-in staff are often more rude and unprofessional than those from other airlines. It sometimes feels like Turkish Airlines exists just to highlight the difference — the contrast becomes painfully clear when you compare it to the professionalism of airlines like Qatar Airways. I hope Turkish Airlines takes a serious look at how their staff treat passengers, especially during such important processes as check-in. Respect and care should be the minimum

Ugly, incompetent, scamming services and approach; fraudulent behavior, constant silence treatment and cold shoulder attitude. The worst international airlines in the world, the NY HQ staff never respond, I tried to reach out several times. Even the NYS Department of Consumer Protection couldn’t help much (although truly tried to help, advocated on harmed client’s behalf and tried to mediate); the NYS advised to find a lawyer to deal with this business. Everyone is helpless, it’s impossible to have a two way communication with Turkish Airlines. Very bad English language skills, low rate responses, OR inadequate responses that are not related to reality and actual issues. Turkish Airlines had 1 year to resolve the problem and their own failure to provide adequate services. The client lost $850. This was related to adding/securing pet services back in July 2024 for the flight to be taken in October 2024. The airlines staff confirmed over 25 times the pet can be added, the headcount limit wasn’t reached yet; because of the global network glitch + their own systems issues + incompetent employees training - the employees couldn’t provide a final email confirmation the pet was added, however did state so over the phone and the online platform generated the same message over 40 times (the allowed headcount on each plane is usually 4; it’s important to secure the spot immediately to then have a green light and start preparing the pet’s issued by the vets and the NY state docs which usually cost about $1,000-1,200). The paperwork has nothing to do with securing the pet spot on the plane. However, the airlines collected the funds, stated the pet can be added and only 2 months later referred to required paperwork which has nothing to do with securing the spot and which shall be prepared within certain time prior to departure (blood work, vaccines check etc). Turkish Airlines have Zero knowledge about CDC and other requirements they refer to on their website or over the phone. Don’t fly with Turkish Airlines and avoid dealing with NY HQ office.

Turkish Airlines lost all three of my suitcases and took two days to deliver them. When they finally arrived, the suitcases were damaged, and several items were missing. I was instructed to file a complaint, and they assured me the matter would be investigated. Three months later, I have yet to receive any refund or resolution. Despite repeatedly uploading all the required documents, they continue to claim that I haven’t submitted them. This is simply untrue—I have submitted the documents several times. To make matters worse, the flight itself was extremely disappointing. The food was inedible for a long-haul international flight, and the onboard staff were rude and dismissive throughout the journey. I will never fly with Turkish Airlines again.

Disgusting airline and people. Overbooked my flight, cancelled my seat after making me waiting for hours. Gave me a 400 euro voucher I cannot claim anywhere. An institution and people with no integrity and good intention
