After experiencing an issue with the TUI website, we decided to go into the TUI store in North End, Portsmouth. Bonnie was so helpful and everything was sorted out quickly in a friendly and cheerful manner.

One of the best experiences If had booking a holiday in Tui North End with Mandy, she really listened to my family’s needs and picked Cape Verde for us ! Cameron has been quick to respond to all our questions and concerns, providing reassurance and making sure everything is organized down to the last detail. It’s clear that they have a deep knowledge of the destinations and a real passion for travel, which has made us feel confident that we are in excellent hands.
