I felt so violated at PHX TSA. I wore a body suit the same snaps on my bra are the same snaps on my bodysuit. Apparently the x-ray machine drew attention to my crotch so the TSA agent had to pat me down only in the front and yes touched my crotch area. Snaps on underwear should not be a problem for the machine. The weird part is I always wear a body suit even when traveling. This airport is the only one that has done this and I travel alot. My advice don't wear any thing that has snaps.

My experience with TSA Pre-Check at Phoenix Airport was outrageous, insulting, and unacceptable. I arrived with a clearly visible 3D replica of a missile, a gift for my husband. It wasn’t hidden. It wasn’t dangerous. It had no batteries, no moving parts. It was a harmless, wooden paper model and I held it in my hand so there would be no confusion. Yet the TSA agent, clearly unqualified and lacking basic critical thinking skills, fixated on one ridiculous phrase: “It’s the optics.” That was his entire explanation. Not one question. Not one attempt to understand what I had or why I had it. Just fear and ignorance on display. Then came the so-called supervisor badge name Dunlap who was equally useless. Neither she nor the agent spoke to me directly. I tried to explain what the item was, calmly and clearly. They ignored me. Flat-out refused to engage. Instead, they used their authority to remove me from the security area like I was some kind of threat. When I re-entered, this time with the same item wrapped and hidden in my bag, it passed through unnoticed. So let me get this straight, in plain sight, it’s a problem. Hidden, it’s fine? That tells me everything I need to know about the incompetence and inconsistency of TSA at this airport. Phoenix is home to more than 100 aerospace and defense companies. This is a place where people design missiles for a living. But your TSA agents apparently can’t tell the difference between a threat and a souvenir. That’s pathetic. If these are the people protecting our airports, then the entire system needs to be re-evaluated. This was not security. This was ignorance and power-tripping. I walked away furious, insulted, and absolutely disgusted. TSA leadership needs to take a long, hard look at who they’re hiring and how they’re training them because this behavior was embarrassing and completely unprofessional.

I must share my experience with TSA in Sky Harbour past weekend. When leaving Arizona TSA agents are The Best my experience was horrible but this 1 Agent made my day and we'll worth a shout Out! I walked through with her assistant with a smile and did the process right. But as I went on my way I walked my myself right back to her Again!! I asked where is the plane? She said you must've gotten lost and now you're back and yes! You have to go through the same procedure again! I said WHAT! They all laughed and they said next read the signs I said I did! But! I ended up back Again!! Too funny!! Again I had to go through the procedure. This time I ask attendant lady upstairs which way do I go? She said I saw you past me twice this time make a left turn here and your gate will be at the end. I finally made it. But my experience was priceless because of the Great lady and people of TSA being very professional and very understanding. Thank You!! All of you for the hard work you do and now you know that you're Greatly appreciated!! Ps. Thank You to the lady TSA in Arizona for the heart felt hug!!

Initial check-in procedure was fast and friendly. Once you get to the actual security screening though, oh boy. Inconsistent instructions, robots running robots, and rude employees. What a treat... Also, their employees need to learn what objective reasoning is. Toys are not dangerous. Learn what Goat Guns are and understand how benign they are. They are not firearms, they are toy replicas. They do not expell any projectiles under any method. They do not meet the legal definition of a firearm in any jurisdiction beyond it being a non-firing toy replica. They're fine.

We had the most amazing experience with an incredibly professional TSA agent Norma Valdez...she literally saved our vacation and we can not thank her enough! Thank you thank you thank you for saving our whole vacation and returning our phone to us. All the TSA were so professional and helpful and we can not thank them enough....I know that during travel everyone is stressed, but seriously their job is to keep us safe so be kind to them and thank them more!!!
