Booking with TravelXP has been the worst decision of my life. I cannot emphasize enough how pathetic, unprofessional, and misleading this company is. The so-called “team” of Carol, Neha, and Ruturaj are nothing but a bunch of careless, irresponsible people who have no clue about their job. From the very beginning, everything was a mess. The itinerary they send looks all shiny and fancy, but the reality is a total scam. Things that are clearly written and “included in the package” magically turn into EXTRA CHARGES once you’re actually on the trip. Every single thing—yes, every damn thing—you expect to be covered, they’ll shamelessly demand money for. It feels like they’ve mastered the art of cheating customers. Carol, Neha, and Ruturaj don’t even bother to respond properly once they’ve trapped you into making the payment. Their communication is vague, misleading, and when you ask for clarification, they either dodge questions or give excuses. Not once did they take responsibility for their pathetic service. This company is nothing but a money-sucking fraud machine, and these three employees represent the absolute worst of the worst in customer service. If you value your hard-earned money, peace of mind, and vacation, stay as far away from TravelXP as possible. I honestly regret booking with them and wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. TravelXP should be blacklisted for cheating and harassing customers like this.

I subscribed to Travelxp's Red Plus membership (Trip ID: TXPIN-58465) for card discounts and no convenience fees, only to find out that the benefits don’t stack. I requested a cancellation and refund just 7 minutes after purchasing, before using any services, but was told it's non-refundable. Charging for unused services is unfair and disregards basic consumer rights. Travelxp should rethink its policies and prioritize customers over rigid rules.
