Same thing as some others. Got a letter of non renewal over plywood not being painted? It's been a Rollercoaster that I'm thankful to get off now. Goodbye and good riddance travelers. Wouldnt wish this company on my worst enemy.

I am deeply disappointed, I received a letter from travelers stating they will not re-issue my homeowners insurance and the only excuse they used was that I had yard debris on the premises in which I say, doesn’t every property have yard debris in one Form or another is it My raised flowerbeds is it my Kabota tractor or the implements that go to the tractor? Is it my boat? I don’t know. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone from travelers I couldn’t get a hold of individual I would not recommend travelers insurance to anyone at all accompany that does this to a long-standing customer is dishonest and nobody should do business with them when I tried to get a hold of a representative. They hung up on me. Very poor customer service zero stars I give them.

MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO PIETRO AIELLO! Absolutely THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had! Beyond helpful and friendly and went the extra mile for me during a very stressful situation. Definitely deserves a raise!!! 10/10
