We have enjoyed working with Travel Leaders and especially with Maggie Knuteson over the years of traveling. Whether our travels have taken us on cruises with family members or to the end of the earth to Antarctica where our daughter answered the most important question in her life, “will you marry me”, Maggie has provided excellent customer service to make these trips go seamless. Covid especially put quite a few wrinkles in the planning with two cancellations before the third time it was a go. Maggie stayed on top of the planning and made sure what needed to be addressed and updated was. My husband and I traveled to Matzalan El CID Resort and loved every minute of it! The room was gorgeous, ocean beautiful, food at all restaurants great and hospitality nice!

They arranged for not only our hotel to match our needs and what we wanted, but they also set up our park passes, our fast pass plan with our desired rides we wanted to skip the lines for, our Disney dining plan, our dinner reservations, our picture memory maker plan, our personalized wrist bands and our online Disney world profile and Disney world apps for our phone. All the detail we would have otherwise would have not known or missed. It made our trip a breeze and that much more rewarding! We will be back for future Disney trips and any trips for that matter!
