Jessica Nelson is a phenomenal travel agent, very knowledgable and skilled at putting together awesome trips! She made my vacation to Alaska everything I could've dreamed of. Keep up the good work Jess!

Jessica Nelson was are travel agent with travel leader because are old agent retired pepper was her name we where with pepper for 5 years she was so wonderful at her job and very helpful when we needed help when we where on vacation I would give pepper 100 star for a wonderful travel agent. Jessica I was looking for a new agent online I saw Jessica picture though she would be a great agent called her up she was very friendly nice and very helpful she send me all the information for are trips i was looking in emails. Looked them over made my decision and called her back.to make are plans for are trip Jessica was very help did great job booking are trip plus answer all my questions Jessica Nelson is our new travel agent now because she was great helping us going the distance for us. Thank you for your time she gets 50 stars for the first time helping out with our vacation trip I know she do the same next time keep doing a wonderful job Jessica

Kim did a great job setting things up for us for our trip to Africa. She gave us some wonderful insights on things to do and see. Also, the motorcycle sidecar trip she suggested and arranged was awesome and a fun way to see Cape Town and the surrounding area! It was nice to have all the arrangements and details available through their app. Thanks Kim for a memorable experience!

Booked our honeymoon through this agency. After a bug infestation at our second resort their entire team was careless about the whole incident. Very unfortunate. I've updated the post. Insects are in the tropics, this is one example of the volume of insects throughout this room, the presidential suite, which was an upgrade due to the bugs in the other room. These aren't tropical insects you have to deal with. The entire time I was asking the staff if this was normal, every single one said NO. The Hilton in Playa did not have an issue like this during our stay. On top of that, see the comparison pictures. From the website compared to what we received in the originally booked room, and that was after having to wait an extra hour due to them booking us a 1st floor. We were not the only complaint at that resort during our stay. What's also intriguing is the fact your team spent 18hrs trying to remedy the situation and couldn't book us an earlier flight without wanting more money. But, my first call to Delta Vacations I was able to change the flight to an earlier one, in the same class, for free. And it didn't take me 18hrs. You're the business owner. So kudos to you. But, my review is relevant and I have the facts to prove it. PS. I'm not the only dissatisfied one here. Unfortunately, your negativity publicity is throughout Puget Sound. But, as they say "Publicity is Publicity".

Paula Demmer was great to work with. We had to pivot in our original vacation plans and Paula did a wonderful job in helping through the change and recommending an amazing trip to Mexico. Paula set us up to have a lovely and relaxing vacation. Her tips to download certain apps before our trip saved us a ton of time gong through customs!
