Escape to a new world with Travel Leaders! We had never done a real vacation with a travel agent before. We went in about 9 months before our travel dates with pictures and ideas of where in the world we wanted to go. When I say we had the dream vacation, I mean it! We decided on Belize for 12 days and our travel agent literally booked the places I had "only seen in pictures" and wished to go some day. She booked us a private tour guide who picked us up from Mystic Resort and took us to incredible Mayan temples, markets, restaurants, rivers, and so many other places. At the end of our stay we transferred from a jungle resort to a beach. We arrived more in the evening and when I opened the curtains! It was the exact view I had given our travel agent! Every step was guided and taken care of for us. We planned way in advance so it allowed time for our agent to book all the incredible things we wanted to see, get our TSA set (which I am still loving!) and we can't wait for our next planned vacation. We are thinking Ireland. I have places I have only seen in pictures.

OMG I just walked in for my TSA pre-select and the gentleman working the front desk was absolutely fantastic. Explained everything to the T. What an awesome place. Some of these reviews might be a little bit older. However, please go into the travel, leaders, business, and the identical is right inside. Absolutely love. This place will definitely be returning!!!

My wife and I asked Donna to plan a 3-week trip to Italy for us. She put together a travel package and talked with us at length about it. We reviewed and revised our itinerary with her several times so that she could give us the best experience possible. Donna was attentive and listened to our wants and needs. In the end, the trip she put together was perfect. Not only did she do a great job of organizing the trip, but she was available by phone to help us if we encountered any problems in our travels. I would never have gotten this kind of service anywhere else. If I ever took another trip of this scope, I would work with Donna again, no question.

My wife had a scheduled appointment to get fingerprints done for a job requirement. 20 minutes after that scheduled time she still hadn’t gotten the task done. I guess appointments are just a suggestion. The person at the desk was incredibly rude and was just sitting. The place is so small there were people waiting outside and in their cars. Some people are even sitting on the sidewalk they have been waiting so long. Pathetic service all the way around. Go somewhere else if you can! Update: an hour and fifteen minutes after the appointment time and she got done.

ZERO Stars. Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME with this company.The president of Travel Leaders of COS, Donna E. took all my details for the family trip I was trying to get prices for and she left me and my family hanging. Donna emailed me a price quote that was not itemized and was totally incorrect, as the pricing when I broke it down, per Hotels, was literally 2X the regular prices online for the same Hotels. I emailed and called Donna Several times for clarification on the price quote she emailed me as I knew there had to be a mistake. Donna never replied to my calls or emails and left me hanging. I spoke to Jessica on the Travel Leaders of COS phone and she, too, left us hanging. Jessica said she would get back to me after I forwarded the price quote email I received from Donna. Jessica agreed that there had to be a price mistake, because the prices were way too high, and assured me she would call/contact me with clarification. Still not a peep from them and now I will do what I need to do on my own since I am running out of time. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they Are Not Transparent and will leave you hanging! ZERO STARS!!!!!!
