I used Travel Junction Inc. for the first time to plan my honeymoon. Ashley was our travel agent and she did an amazing job helping us design a custom 10-day trip to Hawaii. The hotels, flights, and activities were all amazing and completely on point for us as a couple. Ashley was proactive and great at explaining things and made the process of planning our honeymoon fun and enjoyable.

Tavel Junction is my go to travel agency. They are extremely helpful and patient when dealing with this old man. Their insight to our needs far exceeds them just want us to book our vacation. The will give ideas on side trips, must sites to see each location. They helped us with passport renewal and global entry process. We recently returned from a vacation in Switzerland, Slovenia and Croatia. We had an amazing trip made all the better with the help of the Travel Junction Travel Agency. We have always planned our own vacations and in fact had already planned the Croatia portion of this trip. We knew we wanted to travel through Switzerland before Croatia but we also knew that planning that portion of the trip could be quite daunting. So we contacted Travel Junction and first explained that we were not the type to join an organized tour group and that we had the confidence to travel on our own. We also gave them an outline of the towns we wanted to see in Switzerland and knew we wanted to travel by train. We were willing to travel for two weeks before visiting Croatia so It was suggested that we consider visiting Slovenia (which wasn’t even on our radar) after visiting Switzerland. After some discussion with our agent and after a week or so, we were presented with a two week itinerary including ten days in Switzerland and four days in Slovenia. The Travel Junction has a working relationship with a company called Railbookers with whom this itinerary was developed. And what an itinerary it was. With the Railbookers itinerary, we saw sights, had experiences and visited towns that we could have never imagined existed. Before we left for the trip, we sat down with our agent as we were given a very clear itinerary with detailed instructions about every move we had to make. As if that wasn’t enough, we were also given instructions on how to use our phones to navigate the trains, buses and boats of Switzerland in real time. As soon as we hit the ground in Switzerland, we had the confidence to find the train station and start our travels. In the end, we want to thank the staff at Travel Junction because without their expertise and experience we could not have planned this trip to the degree in which it was presented to us. We have only good things to say about every part of our travel experience with the Travel Junction Travel Agency and they will surely be our partners in planning future trips.

This is an amazing travel agency!!! The team is first class and does a fantastic job with details and organization. I’ve worked with Beth and Ashley and will continue to do so. They have planned a Florida/Disney trip, Amsterdam, and are working on a Europe trip. If there are any issues they take care of it via phone. I have never worked with a more complete and meticulous agency.

Whether you already know where you want to go or you just have a basic idea in mind, they will give you the information and assistance you need. We were stuck on a cruise for 4 extra days because of a hurricane. Beth and her team were with us 24 hours a day. Changing flights, changing reservations, and made sure we got home safe!
