I reached out to Sally Wallace at Travel Inc in September of 2022 for some information on a destination wedding. She was a referral from a good friend who used her for her Curaçao destination wedding in 2021. From Day 1 Sally was informative and all around just extremely helpful. She assisted me and my now husband, with a list of resorts to check out based on our wants for our destination wedding. After some research, we chose Secrets Maroma Beach in Cancun Mexico. Sally knew a beautiful beach was something that was a non negotiable for us, and she couldn’t have recommended a better resort. We locked in our wedding date and room block with the help of Sally, and it was SO simple. She was extremely helpful to get us the pricing we liked for our guests. We visited the resort for a site visit in Sept 2023, and it was PERFECT. Once the room block was established, Sally assisted all of our guests with their questions, bookings and countless changes from day 1 up until they arrived for our wedding this past October. She made sure our contracts, bookings and every detail was exactly what was promised. With a destination wedding, the communication can be slow but she did not miss a beat when it came down to making sure it was what we wanted and the pricing, etc was correct. Persistence is key, and it is something she is extremely good at. Prior to the wedding, she sent out beautiful packages to each and every one of our guests to ensure they had all the paperwork and information they needed. This included a gorgeous itinerary, a packing list and details of the resort. Every guest said it was extremely helpful! She even met up with me and my husband prior to the wedding to provide our printed travel details, as well as have us a very thoughtful and generous gift. She not only helped us organize a large wedding with 74 guests, but also helped us extend our trip for our honeymoon and made sure we got all the little inclusions that were included in our booking. The wedding has come and gone, and it was EVERYTHING we could have dreamed of. It wouldn’t have been possible without Sally. She is extremely kind, patient and just all around amazing. We will be using her, and Travel inc for all of our trips/vacations in the future.

Sally was amazing to work with! This was our first time going to a Sandals resort and this trip was for our honeymoon. Booking on our own we felt very overwhelmed with all of the options. Sally helped us narrow things down and made the overall process as stress free as possible! Sally helped us narrow down what locations we should look into based off of our preferences. She was very quick in all of her emails and calls with us. We felt very comfortable and confident booking with her. We look forward to using Travel Inc again in the future!

I don’t even know where to start. Through cancellations, delays, passport not being here on time, there is so much to say that it would be an essay by the time I finish. Sally was unbelievable. She was available with the constant changes, rebooking, calling the airline to make sure we had the seats and honor the prices that were initially shown, and everything in between. Sally was understanding, patient and unbelievably informative with all the options we were looking for. While I was freaking out, Sally had everything under control. We were a group of 11 and she was on point with the requirements needed to fly out and had incredible skills keeping everything straight. She was always available, even while we were away, always answered my emails quickly. I received emails about our returning flights, baggage claim. When I say Sally was on top of everything she truly was. We chose Jamaica to travel, and the resort was unbelievable, it was everything she said it was going to be. I was at ease knowing that if I had any questions, concerns, or anything at all she was available and handled everything with incredible professionalism. Like I said in the beginning the post could go on for another page or two. This is the first time I used a travel agent and I will never try and do it myself again. I tried Sally because of the reviews and the others reviews were not kidding. She’s amazing. Recommend her 100%.

Sally is amazing!! She planned everything perfectly for my destination wedding to Turks and Caicos. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, she handled it all and stayed on top of everything. She made the whole process so much easier and less stressful on me so I could just enjoy the trip and wedding! She was very organized and and made sure I knew what decisions I had to make and when I had to make them. The trip went flawlessly due to her! I will 10000% use Sally again to book my vacations and would recommend her every time!!
