Stephanie was beyond amazing when planning our trip to Italy (Florence/Sorrento). We couldn't have been happier. Even with a taxi strike happening and our transfers getting cancelled, she was on it and quick to respond when we needed help. We also asked about last minute excursion changes (due to weather) and because we changed our mind and she was along for the ride with us, recommended what we should do. We were so thankful for her patience. She made everything so easy to follow. We absolutely loved Sorrento and definitely want to go back. We highly recommend anyone needing to plan a trip where you don't need to think about it and just focus on have an amazing time, Stephanie is your gal. We will definitely be using her in the future.
