We have recently visited the Dominican Republic for the first time, through the Airlines Connections Agency, in Miami. It has been a great experience. We stayed at the Occidental Punta Cana Resort, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, beautiful beach. An enjoyable and relaxing place. We are looking forward to our next visit.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been by far the worst travel agency experience I’ve ever had. Do NOT book with this company – they are unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. Here’s what happened: Everything seemed fine at first. The staff were all smiles and welcoming during the booking process. But just one week before our trip to Punta Cana, they changed our hotel reservation without our consent. When we looked up the new hotel, it was clearly a downgrade, and we were not happy with the switch. We asked to change it back or switch to a better resort, but they refused to help, gave vague answers, and ultimately told us our only options were to accept a cheaper hotel or pay even more money to stay at the resort we originally agreed on. At that point, they stopped answering clearly, passed us around from person to person, and no one took accountability. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner, each person I spoke to — Lourdes, Andres, Claudia, and Esteban — claimed to be either a manager or the owner. All of them were extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, they wasted our time and added stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. In short: this agency is a scam. They bait you with fake professionalism, switch your accommodations, and then trap you into paying more or settling for less. Avoid this company at all costs. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This agency is an absolute scam. I paid in full a YEAR ago for a vacation package to Punta Cana that clearly included a hotel stay. Now that the time has come to actually go on this trip, they’re telling me the hotel is not included. Excuse me? That was the entire point of booking a package—to have everything taken care of! They’ve had my money for 12 months, and when I reached out, I was met with nothing but excuses, blame-shifting, and zero accountability. No refund, no solution, no apology—just a giant headache. I trusted this agency to deliver what I paid for, and they completely dropped the ball. Save yourself the disappointment, wasted time, and lost money. I will NEVER book through them again, and I strongly recommend you don’t either. Absolutely shameful.
