Travel 100 Group is the best there is. From start to finish they will plan you a trip of a lifetime. We had the honor of working with Cheryl and she planned us a trip that I will never be able to put into words. Every aspect of the trip was booked for us, every detail that we asked was taken care of so we had not a single worry in the world. Also, the personal touches to make sure we were happy, never went unnoticed. Transparency with book a trip is very important and they keep in mind everything that you are considering or looking to do. We have been helped by this Janice twice before, then my husband planned what he was hoping to be a very special birthday trip. He found Janice at her newer location. BIG mistake. We have been taken for about $8,000 due to Janice steering him to what he twas told would be perfect for my birthday. We looked up pictures today and now it’s obvious there is something Janice is getting for sending us there. It looks GROSS and lots of the reviews are REALLY bad. My husband reached out to see if there was something we could do so we can go somewhere that isn’t gross. Janice basically called my husband a liar and acted like she didn’t care at all because she got our money. Now we’re stuck going to a gross resort for what could have been a great birthday. We will never have Janice help us again. Two stars is because our other 2 vacations were fabulous.

Rose Wylie at Travel 100 Group to put together a Christmas Cruise for our 60th Anniversary Celebration. She suggested the Celebrity Cruise line out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We were hosting 16 family members and needed an agent to coordinate times, flights, hotel arrangements and cruise logistics for families from four different locations in the USA. The experience couldn’t have been better everything went smoothly even for my husband who is in a wheelchair and needs special accommodations. Thank you Rose for helping us create a very special memory. The Celebrity Cruise Silhouette was a beautiful ship with superb dining, the overall experience was amazing. We had to postpone a two week trip to Vietnam from 2020 and were able to do so with minimal effort. Just needed to increase the price a bit. The itinerary was terrific, and the guides in every city were great. The problem was the lack of responsiveness and unhelpful attitude of one of the agency’s contractors. She provided no help with figuring out or securing flights, was slow to respond to emails and continued to include old flight information in itineraries, even after the new flights had been provided. I sent her a very complimentary email after the trip, praising the guides and itinerary and received no response. When I called the firm’s owner. I was told that the person working with me was an independent contractor and that each contractor worked differently with clients. I pointed out that the person by used the agency’s phone and address on her emails, therefore representing the agency. The owner’s response was that there was a misunderstanding on my part about how things worked. He had no questions for me and dismissed my concerns. He implied that nothing had been done improperly and that I was somehow at fault. I will never work with this agency again.
