We had an issue with the package we purchased. A phone conversation with Debbie and all was quickly and professionally handled. Debbie was very understanding and helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We only gave her five stars because a higher rating did not exist.

Debbie and Laura, WE'RE GREAT! They explained everything very thoroughly as I was trying to book my first vacation. Debbie was extremely personable and and we related to one another quite well. Debbie help me understand the program better than the initial sales person. She also answered all of my questions very honestly.And when she found out that I had been lied to by the initial sales person.She refunded my account five hundred dollars. I purchased am $800 8 trip package in March 2025 and in Sept 2025 , for an another $500, an additional 2 trip package with resort fees waived and booking assured given at least 30 day of lead time at two advertised resorts of particular interest. Upon engaging in the reservation process with 90-120 day lead time, I was informed that neither, despite continuing advertisement, was available and that resort fees ($150 a nite or more) were not waived. Because of that, I requested refund of the $1300 and this was handled promptly by Ms Chelly Dalton. She was most attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the funds were removed a couple days later at the senders request (as related by citi-card) and, again the ever helpful Chelly took action and ensured the funds were reinstated. I am sorry that TradeShowTravelCo and Monster Reservation Group could not meet my needs but the actions of Chelly Dalton deserve high marks for customer satisfaction.

Let me just talk about Jean Rosso!!! Im definitely not the easiest person to deal with from time to time. Especially when I have been lied to or felt like I have been deceived. Jean took her time. Not getting emotional and got to the problem. Jean resolved the problem while being professional. We ended up laughing at the end. Not only did she solve the mistake we got my fabulous vacation booked. Thank you so much Your what every employee in your company should strive for.

Sometimes travel companies sell you the promise of wonderful places you can travel to; however, when you attempt to book the destinations offered, you find that you are underwhelmed. This is not the case with Monster/ Trade Show Travel. Adam and Jean worked diligently to assist me in scheduling a desired trip to Tulum Mexico for my son and daughter-in-law's anniversary. Unfortunately, unexpected circumstances occurred which are prohibiting them from travel. I contacted Trade Show to get assistance with obtaining a credit to my account. Debbie answered the phone call. It felt like I was talking to one of my best friends. She instantly processed my credit. As we continued to talk, I realized that I had been assisted by Debbie before; she has such a wonderful personality. I felt rather comfortable with her and enjoyed our conversation. She reminds me of why I am happy to be a member of Monster/ Trade Show Travel. I feel, from people I've encountered in this travel agency, that this is a company I can trust. Thank you, Debbie, I am looking forward to wonderful vacations!
