Aiste and the team at Traebona Travels planned my honeymoon trip to Rome and Sorrento. The team was quick to respond to our inquiry and provided a detailed itinerary shortly after our call with them. The planning was incredibly detailed with suggested driver tips, approximate walking times, photos of meeting points, restaurant suggestions, and even shopping suggestions. We had very little thinking to do the whole trip! Once in Italy, we had a direct contact in Italy to help us if any issues occurred. We only had to contact her once when our train was delayed to confirm our driver was still able to pick up and she responded very quickly. The hotels, drivers and tours booked for us were great. Many of the tours felt like exclusive experiences that you wouldn't be able to find on your own. I could not recommend them enough and would not travel again without them!

We just got back from the most incredible trip to Italy, and it was all thanks to our awesome travel agent, Aiste! We absolutely loved Rome, Florence, and Sorrento—each place had something special for us to see or do, and the itinerary she put together made everything so easy and enjoyable and memorable. She designed the perfect trip including everything we wanted to see and more. Aiste included some really fun extras we didn’t even think of doing like a pasta-making class and a private boat tour to Capri, which ended up being one of our favorite days. She gave us great food recommendations everywhere we went, and the hotels she picked were all in prime locations—walkable and perfect for exploring. Before the trip, she even video chatted with us to go over everything, and while we were in Italy, we had 24/7 contact if we needed anything. She was always quick to answer our questions and made the whole process stress-free. Even tip suggestions for our private drivers and tours! (Highly recommend both!) We cannot recommend Aiste enough—she’s professional, super knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best trip ever. We’ll definitely be planning our next adventure with her!
