We recently returned from an incredible trip to Switzerland and Paris planned by Sylvie and we cannot recommend her enough! She did a phenomenal job creating an itinerary that allowed us to experience every side of Switzerland- mountains, cities, and the lake- while also making time to soak in the charm of Paris. We even got to meet up with Sylvie in-person and she took the time to show us around Zürich and the surrounding area. Which was amazing!! Every excursion she booked was thoughtfully recommended, budget-friendly and offered us great options to choose from. Her team even curated dining experiences that were incredible. Our favorites included a family owned bistro and a mountainside bar overlooking the Matterhorn. The entire trip was seamless thanks to the travel app she provided, complete with guides, suggestions, and communication. We never had to waste timing wondering what to do next which made it effortless and enjoyable! We will never plan another trip without the help of Sylvie and her team! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an stress-free, perfectly planned adventure.

This was our second trip working with Tera and both trips were amazing. Tera had several zoom calls to confirm our needs and made all arrangements. Not an easy task when traveling with very specific dietary needs. The giant redwood trees in Sequoia and Kings Canyon are amazing, Yosemite is also very impressive. All flights, car rental, restaurants, and hotel were perfect. When we’re ready for our next adventure, Tera is our first call.

Gina is amazing!!! From the first call, she had everything laid out, organized and planned. We had never been to Italy and didn’t know anything about where to begin planning a trip and she handled it all for us. We loved everything she planned - the hotels, the restaurants, the tours, the cities- everything was very easily laid out for us. Her pre departure call helped us a lot with learning how to navigate the train station along with tips for traveling international. Every vendor she booked was on time and great to work with while we were there. Gina planned our dream trip and it was nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend using Gina for all your travel needs!

Paige was instrumental in helping us find exactly what we were looking for in a honeymoon destination! Requests such as a preferred club option, swim out pool, and a butler are not easily met — but she did so seamlessly! Additionally, while on our honeymoon, we reached out to Paige to adjust our transportation back to the airport from ground transportation to helicopter transportation. She was competent to meet this request on such short notice. Thank you, Paige!

We used Travel Byrds and Sylvie for the first time to plan our European trip to Italy and France and we could not have been happier! Planning a trip like this – 2 countries, 4 towns, 5 flights (and 2 trains!) was daunting enough from a logistical perspective but Sylvie set us up with everything we needed! She coordinated the travel, the timing, arranged drivers when they were needed, helped us navigate challenges in real time and even provided us with an app that consolidated everything in one place! We all met in advance of the trip several times to work out ideas, talk hotels, plan dinner reservations and of course, discuss the things we wanted to do! All we really had to do was follow the daily schedule and enjoy the experiences! Her personal relationships with many of the providers ensured that we were well taken care of and that our events would be great! From walking the streets of Pompeii with our own private tour guide to lunch on the Amalfi Coast through cocktails in the shadow of the Coliseum, we crossed the pond to come home with memories of a lifetime and cannot thank Sylvie and Travel Byrds enough!
