Excellent customer care! In these uncertain times with COVID testing, flights being questionable, itineraries being disrupted, it's been a relief having our travel agent Bethanne there to help us plan. She's helped us organize amazing trips to Europe and Mexico. We can't wait for the next trip!

Was working with Bethanne Brown on Europe trip. She was slow getting back to me. Then last time I talked to her I asked if she could get info to me quickly. I had been working with her for a couple months. She never got in touch. Immediately I called another Travel Agency and had my trip booked within 3 days. It’s obvious to me she was having difficulty with my requests. Not a very good way to treat a client. I guess this place doesn’t need the business!!! Very dissatisfied!!
