Perhaps the most unprofessional travel group out there. Not sure why there are any reviews beyond 1 star because not a single person there conducts themselves well. Absolutely would not recommend.

We have booked a cruise to Alaska and an air/ground/train trip to London and Paris, along with trips to Spain, Canada and Hawaii with Brenda Tolson. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in booking all aspects of our trips. All trip were flawless. We would certainly go to Brenda again to plan our next trip! She is now affiliated with Lake Shore Travel.

My daughter and I went on our first cruise. Amber did a great job with all the details and planning. We had a wonderful time at both of the ports, Mahogany Bay and Cozumel. The trip was an overall great experience. Will definitely book another trip through Amber.

We booked our Costa Rican honeymoon through Julie at The Travel Agent, Inc. and could not have been happier! The planning process was fun and enjoyable (coming from someone who hates planning trips...), and we felt totally prepared as we left the country. Julie specifically recommended and booked the El Silencio Lodge & Spa, located in Bajos del Toro. We both agreed that staying at El Silencio was the highlight of our trip! Absolutely gorgeous property, surrounded by the peaceful cloud forest. The service was above and beyond, and we were able to enjoy local cuisine and traditions! Julie helped us find packages and prices that worked for us, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, relaxing honeymoon. We can't wait to book with Julie again!
