This house is our first big purchase as husband and wife, and to put ourselves at ease, we decided to get a service warranty for our home. We chose HSC as recommended by our friend and we thank her for recommending them to us because they are our savior. A few months after we moved in, we started having problems with the house and with our warranty coverage, we probably saved a few thousands.

We had a previous home warranty that was canceled on us. My husband heard about Home Service Club from a neighbor or a relative, so we went ahead with them. We've been with HSC for three years and so far our experience has been excellent. Submitting claims with them is an easy process.

My hot water heater stopped working this morning so I called Home Service Club. I was kept informed via texts every step of the way with a call from the technician. He immediately diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in less than 10 minutes. I have been a HSC customer for years and have never been disappointed. Kudos to them for their responsiveness, professionalism and service. I highly recommend them!

Having an older house makes having a home warranty a must. I don't know how we would have paid for some of the repairs that we've needed over the years if they hadn't been covered. We have peace of mind knowing that we are protected from catastrophic damage and repairs. Well worth the investment.Occasionally we have to call more than once to get a technician scheduled, but that is really a problem with individual companies and not the fault of Home Service Club. Customer service has been wonderful. I don't think we could live in our house without them. We were not solicited for our business. I researched the best coverage and called them. No phone calls or emails asking us to increase coverage or buy other products. We truly could not be happier.

I have had very good service with HSC last week when we had a major clog in our septic pipe which required replacing a pipe out in the basement. This involved digging a hole in the concrete floor. taking out the old trap and putting in a new one. Even though we were unable to use water for several days the work was done very professionally and our out of pocket expense was just the cost of the new concrete. Very happy with the quality of work.
