Got there around 6:05am after an hour at Minute Suites and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were all very friendly, especially the receptionist. I used the shower on this visit. At first, I couldn't figure out how to get hot water, so didn't get the shower. Had breakfast where I found the baked egg and squash casserole to be particularly excellent. Later ran into the receptionist who asked me about my experience and I told him about the hot water. He explained how to do it and let me go again, and then I enjoyed a nice warm bath as well. There's plenty of seating, most of it in front of the bar. The place opens at 6 and there was already a long line for breakfast when I got there at 6:05. Got quieter later on though.

This is a really poorly run lounge. Some Staff have cell phones they are looking at constantly and they are talking on the phone in a different language with their AirPods and not paying much attention to keeping the place tidy and picking up used plates and drinks. They just stare at you standing there not really paying attention to customer service. The name tag for the snacks came apart which I have never see and the staff just stood there watching me put it back together for the lounge to be nice. There are a few staff who are not on their cell phones and constantly running around and working so they get my full respect. Compared to other lounges (Ive been w the Delta lounges and Chase Sapphire and American Airlines) many of the staff here are not nice or friendly which is especially the front desk women who check people in as they don’t say welcome and thank you for coming but instead they just say “what’s the name…go ahead.” They Always have a waiting list you have to scan to get in, it’s dimly lit in many areas, very few charging stations, there’s food particles everywhere, one of the staff wanted to take away food I was eating and was clear it was not trash, the coffee and latte machine is broken, the food doesn’t cater to vegetarians as the only sandwiches you get are always turkey (I have been here many times), the cookies are limited to mostly just chocolate chip. Is this aiport that busy? I fly to many huge hubs like Ohare or LGA or JFK and I have never waited this long... today 9/7/2025, was 1 hour and 40 minutes. You can only get in 3 hours before your flight which is totally fine as it’s standard. And you have to scan the QR code to put yourself on the wait list. Pros: It's a nice part of the airport at Concourse F with the Porsche model and the prayer room and the huge chandelier. But the lounge itself is not a good. But this is the only Priority Pass lounge at ATL so that’s it. The management and corporate need to pay attention to this lounge bc it’s pretty awful. I write mostly 4-5 star reviews bc I believe in being kind and appreciate hard work and customer service but not when the staff and management don’t see to care at all. This is in Concourse F near the chapel called the Club at ATL lounge for Priority Pass. Nice chandelier and chapel nearby. But can the staff at the front be nicer and more welcoming? Bc it's a busy day today and everyone has to scan the QR code to join a wait list. There's a sign right outside. But what if you are almost blind and can't see the sign bc you are just wanting to sit and lounge before the flight? It's not friendly to people with poor eyesight and it's terrible how rude the staff were yelling at me to go outside to scan the code to the left of the door and had to repeat herself bc of her accent of southern twang and I am from the cities with no twang. So be kind and stop hiring rude and impatient staff please. Talking street and having annoyed attitudes doesn’t work for customer service. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It makes me want to avoid this lounge and airport. The wait staff inside the lounge were very nice though. So I don’t want to mix that up. Finally for those who are vegetarian they only had turkey sandwiches today. No options for cheese with veges sandwich. And thought they didn’t advertise it if you ask for gluten free cookies they have it in the back. The WiFi is confusing bc there are no signs for password or which one you choose and it’s apparently the Club Lounge but you will only know if you ask staff. And it was spotty WiFi once I got on.

This review is mainly because of how well we were taken care of by Trey and Javier. They are both very kind and caring people! We arrived at the lounge earlier than normal because of the shutdown and concerns about TSA delays. The lounge was full requiring a virtual check-in. The estimated delay was 110-130 minutes, which really wouldn't work because we would be boarding around then. I asked and was told it would probably be closer to 45 minutes, and was informed about a recently opened snack shop around the corner as a quick option. We walked over to the shop to see if there was any food, and while deciding we encountered Trey. He explained what was available and encouraged us to give it a try. That ended up being a great choice! While inside I had a little trouble with my "access" card for the beverage dispenser and that's when Javier came to the rescue, and she continued to be helpful to us for the duration of our visit. The main lounge is undergoing some renovations which is limiting the number of guests, so this annex is a fantastic option.

This was only my second airport lounge and my first using Priority Pass. The other was the Capital One lounge in Denver and it was astonishingly luxe The seating is really crammed into this lounge. Most of the room is dominated by cafeteria style tables running across the room. Along the walls are big winged chairs facing in toward the room so it's impossible to enjoy the view while sitting. They're packed in so tight that you couldn't even turn them around if you wanted to. All the staff were pleasant, but the lounge wasn't being kept up. I was there for a bit less than an hour and watched dishes pile up on tables. Shortly before I left, a couple staff began working through to bus the tables but no one was bothering to wipe them down so they were still smeared with food remnants. The food selection consisted of a sad looking salad bar that looked like it had been sitting there since yesterday, a couple of soup hotpots that I didn't bother looking in, some pimento cheese dip with crackers and a closed case with desert jars in it. I was hungry and not willing to give up on the lounge just yet so I tried the crackers and dip. The crackers were stale and the dip did not taste even remotely like pimento cheese dip. I decided not to risk finishing. Yes, the food options were such that I was concerned about food safety at that point. Between the crowding (I had to lift my carry on bag to chest level to navigate through the room), the cleanliness, and the food options, I decided to not even bother trying the bar. I ended up leaving with hours left before my flight to find some edible food and a quieter place to sit. I'll steer clear of Club ATL from now on.

TLDR: Sometimes, just cause it’s free doesn’t mean it’s worth it. I felt cleaner and more relaxed waiting at the terminal gate seats than in here. It would be more disappointing if we had paid for this unpleasant experience, but it was free through priority pass. The employees were all nice, but it was really the patrons that added to the dirty feeling. Low lights: + Dirty food areas, trash at the drinks station, cups were dirty (with lipstick and crumb stains) + Many outlets weren’t working + Crowded at closing (9:20pm) + Mold in the bathroom Although the staff members were helpful and patient, I give this “lounge” 1 star because most patrons are paying for this experience, and it is NOT WORTH. I’d recommend going to the food court next door for the same level of “cleanliness” (or lack thereof) but better, warmer food options. Everything felt dirty and unsanitary—layer of grime AND I felt like I would get sick from touching anything. At the end of the night, people were almost fighting for food, crowding around the staff member who was bringing the last tub of hummus—it felt like a zombie apocalypse and she was the last human. For background: We joined the queue to enter at 9:10pm (50-min to closing) and the virtual wait time was 45-50 minutes. We tried our luck and went 20 ft over to wait at the gate below. 10 minutes later, we and the 10 or so guests waiting were all admitted in for the closing night. The facility at closing was packed! All seats were full of people or their bags. I feel like the workers let everyone in since it was the end of the night which was sweet, but there was ample seats but it was all full—people had sprawled across multiple seats, put their bags on seats for more room, splayed their legs across the floor.
