We are very thankful for the excellent service provided during our trip. Despite the tight schedule, everything we needed was well taken care of. Updates were timely, and the staff was very accommodating and attentive to all our concerns. They even checked in during our travel to ensure we caught our flights on time and were safely picked up by the Book a Limo driver. I just returned from a nine day travel trip with my brother and best friend to Paris and London. We stayed at excellent hotels and participated in World War I and II tours. Our trip was flawless. This was due to Kellie Patton at Terra Travel in Mesa, Arizona. Kellie is a great communicator, very efficient and personable. She is superb.

Our junior high trip to Disneyland was a huge success thanks to Brandy at Terra Travel! From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, professional, and supportive. I am not new to booking my own travel plans. I travel myself alot and have several years experience with an airline. Traveling internationally can be complicated. After doing a little of my own research on booking travel from the US to India, I decided to utilize a travel agency to avoid any mistakes. Jane helped me through this process, and was able to get the right tickets for me that offered flexibility in travel, in case we needed to make any changes after ticketing. We also knew how much luggage we were taking and she was able to make sure be got the best value through the ticketing process to include that amount of luggage we were taking, so we don't have any surprise fees at the airports while traveling. There were some other small details that she was able to provide insight on that I would have never know myself, made me feel confident that I made the best decision on going with a travel agency, then booking on my own. It took us several days to get itinerary worked out. Jane was very responsive to communications by phone and email, and worked with me at my pace.
