My husband had a business trip planned through Tangerine Travel in July 2024. I decided to go with him, so I had Tangerine book a flight for me as well. My husband's flight was paid by his company. Since the company didn't pay for my travel, I paid by personal credit card. The trip was cancelled by the company. For some reason, I did not receive an ecredit by the airline. Instead, Tangerine told us that they were holding the credit for my use at a later date. When I was ready to use the credit, I was supposed to call Tangerine. When I was ready to use the credit (September 2024), Tangerine told us that the credit was already used. I'm not sure what's going on here, but it doesn't seem honest. Don't use Tangerine Travel!

We are wrapping up 15 days in Germany, first time using a travel agent. Betsy and Jo were both amazing, helping us every step of the way and providing exceptional service. They were considerate of our budget, but found us great accommodations all over the country. They also provided good travel advice and promptly made a last-minute itinerary change per my request. Thanks to all of you at Tangerine for making our first trip to Europe a great one! We will be working with them again.

I have worked with Tangerine and Chris B. in the past. This year they proved even more why I go back to them for group travel. Our church is taking a mission trip to Costa Rica soon. I thought the arrangements would be simple, and the price might be a little higher than published fares, but I was willing to accept that. Chris found us fares under published rates (and still low just as gas prices began to soar). Moreover, the trip became more complicated due to some last minute changes that had to be made. Chris was awesome - talking with the airlines, renegotiating rates, keeping costs as low as possible - even saving us more than $200 in the midst of a ticket change. I cannot say enough good things about Tangerine Travel, and Chris B. in particular. Great job and thanks for all your heard work!

Best corporate and leisure travel agency in the country. Service far exceeds that of AMEX, BCD, and other mega agencies.

We have had a couple of experiences with Tangerine Travel at this point with only one ending up with actual travel. A common theme seems to be an agent that appears overwhelmed with requests resulting in slow response, lack of follow through and communication, and packages that result in a smaller pool of options. We have just cancelled planning for a trip first mentioned to an agent as a possibility 11 months prior to a proposed departure date and two months after our first meeting little to no progress was made.
