I have recently returned from my 3rd holiday booked with Swords this year. Ian has been my go to guy for all 3. My first holiday was to Malaga which was recommended by one of his colleagues. We stayed in a beautiful hotel with a beautiful room with, yes you guessed a beautiful view and a wonderful Spa experience. We were met and driven to the hotel and the same on the way back. Everything was seamless. My second holiday that Ian booked for us was to the Dominican Republic, Dreams, Punta Cana, with my daughter and 3 grandchildren. Again Ian listened to our requests and delivered. We had all the pools we wanted, a butler who was a tremendous help and 2 interconnected rooms with stunning views. We could not have asked for more. Last week I returned from Venice where Ian had personally recommended hotel Ca’Pisani. Our arrival again was seamless, we were met by a driver who took us to our private water taxi. The location was spot on, everything was within a 15/20 min walk. This was a smaller hotel and had many wonderful personal touches. Nothing was too much for the staff. On our departure we were all given perfume and typical Italian sweets beautifully boxed. Ian is so knowledgeable and helps make the decision making so easy. He thinks of the things you don’t think of. Everyone should have an Ian to help create the best holiday. I’m looking forward to 2026 and what Ian will be recommending for me.
