My experience with Suzyqz Travels did not meet my expectations. The staff is nice and very pleasant. They responded on short notice. They moved my car service when hotel changes had occurred. They tried. What I was unaware of is that Avanti Travel would be the booking vehicle. Avanti failed on vetting hotel, responding on travel and on price. Avanti used hotel beds.com and with three layers of markup I paid a 150% markup. I spent 2 days of my Paris vacation looking for a new hotel, on the phone with agent and taking over 60 photos and videos and too many to count emails documenting the hotel I was to stay at 15 nights. I was refunded after 2 months a credit for 5 nights, which they were refunded the day I checked out. Very disappointed.

Susan is the BEST!! She booked a trip to Mexico for our 14th Anniversary celebration. Everything from the private transportation, the all-inclusive resort, our beautiful room, food, etc. was so AMAZING!
