Was looking for a honeymoon spot and really couldn’t decide where we wanted to stay. Susan pulled through and recommended a few places but ultimately told us Galley Bay in Antigua. I was nervous on my own accord since I’ve never been to Antigua- and after all it’s our honeymoon so I wanted the best! Susan reassured us and made the process very easy. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was amazing. We know we were taken care of and she had a lot to with that. She will never steer you wrong and will give top tier recommendations. If I could give zero stars I would. From the start to finish this company was a nightmare to deal with. There was zero follow through, no clear communication and horrible..I mean horrible customer service. When you use a travel agency, you expect them to take care of the details, to have your best interest at the top of their list. We literally had to chase our travel agent Andrea down at every turn to get information out of her. She was never available for a telephone call and used her personal life as excuses to why she couldn't have a call or two with us. Also saying that she has 300 or something clients. Like that is our fault why she can't gove us great service. There was a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo from this agency in regards fo our cruise. They told us a bunch of hog wash as we spoke with the Celebrity cruise representative on the ship. They told we'd be on a priority list to bid for an upgraded room. However, when we arrived on the ship, Celebrity had no record of that. We booked two cabins over half a year in advance and the cabins were not near each other. They also had obstructed views. Imagine paying for a balcony room and getting a view of the lifeboat. The best part was that Susan Peavey blamed us. I'll tell you what I've worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years (luxury brand/5 star hotels)...never, ever, ever woukd I blame my guests. I also go above and beyond to give each client 5 star service. I anticipate their needs etc. This cruise was a 60th birthday celebration for my friends and a special treat for me as I finished radiation and chemo for breast cancer. I deal with travel agents every day in my line of work. 99 percent of them are outstanding. They have every detail down to a T. As they know the importance of building lasting business relationships with their customers. This agency waa the 1 percent that could care less. Here's the thing: In the service/hospitality industry mistakes are going to happen. Things that out of the provider's control. It's the recovery that matters. It's about making the wrong right We didn't feel like we mattered or were taken care of. We could have booked it on our own and had a less stressful and more delightful experience.

John organized our honeymoon to Punta Cana in 2024, and it was so much fun! So of course, we decided to work with John this year in 2025 to go to Costa Rica. 24 hours before our trip on a Friday afternoon, we realized my husband's passport was expired. John worked late on a Friday tirelessly trying to find solutions for us, and he was able to get us rebooked and help us get an appointment with the passport office so that our trip wouldn't get cancelled. We appreciate all the hard work that John did for us to save our vacation. I would highly recommend using Susan Peavey Travel! They will go above and beyond for their customers.

Booked a family trip to Mexico for April 2025 and wanted a resort with a great beach. Susan gave me some incredible options and our stay was amazing! Beach and resort was a 10/10. She arranged transportation for us and the outfit was top notch. Everything from start to finish was seamless and I didn't do any of the work. I'll be back for sure!

Susan recommended Unico, a new resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico and at first my husband and I were hesitant since it is so new. However after explaining exactly what we were looking for in our honeymoon (relaxing, great food, new/modern and authentic, on a beach, work out classes, excursions, activities and great drinks) we decided to take Susan's advice and chose the Unico...and boy are we glad we did. We had the most amazing honeymoon that we could have asked for. Susan also arranged the transfers to and from the resort (which was a Lincoln Navigator that picked us up). Susan was always very responsive and honest with her information and we would highly recommend booking your next vacation with Susan Peavey Travel!
