If I could give zero stars, I would. First off, terrible customer service. My flight was cancelled by the airline due to "operational reasons"; they promised to have us rebooked on another airline for the same date but that was a lie. Between them and expedia, who the ticket was booked through, I can't fathom how such an airline exists. We tried to go in person to their office in Guyana, but they padlocked their doors and ignored anyone trying to enter for queries. Secondly, another upsetting thing, was that a refund is being offered within 7-10 business days for a flight that currently costs double what I paid with a date that is only 4 days away. Finally, they still have their flights displayed and available to purchase on booking websites knowing fully that their airline is suspended. I hope this airline shuts down and is NEVER operational again.

Budget airlineh. It's between Jetblue and Spirit. I was told at the time of checking in at MIA to Guyana that I won't be receiving both my check bags upon arrival. It was stressful, however I received my bags when I arrived.
