    ​I purchased a trip package from this company on the 18th of this month and scheduled the voucher pickup for November 1st. ​I was quite alarmed to receive a call from a representative asking why I hadn't booked my travel yet and inquiring if the delay was due to COVID restrictions. I had to clarify to the agent that the purchase was made only two weeks prior and, critically, I hadn't even picked up the physical voucher yet—the official pickup date being 11/1. This call immediately caused me to panic, as I feared a critical step was missed or that our voucher had somehow been canceled prematurely. It felt like an administrative oversight, perhaps a system glitch or an early, ill-timed automated follow-up. ​My concern was further amplified because the representative who called seemed unaware of the timeline established during the purchase process itself. It gave the strong impression that the necessary internal tracking between sales and fulfillment was not aligned, which is unprofessional. ​I was already reviewing other customer experiences, and seeing those reviews has now heightened my anxiety about the reliability of this company. I sincerely hope this was just a clerical error on their end regarding the follow-up timing. ​I will update this review once we successfully receive our physical package and can move forward with booking, but based on this initial communication, I am not impressed with the customer service coordination.

    My Wife and I attended the Houston Home & Garden Show @ NRG Stadium on February 8, 2025, and were advised by Robert, that we “won” a trip to the destination of our choice. We chose a trip to Costa Rica and in addition, a trip to Las Vegas. These trips were purchased at the cost of $199.00 & 100.00 respectively. Robert never mentioned the fact, and I did not notice till I was attempting to book this trip that it required attending a “90-120-minute presentation” I feel this was “false advertising” and should have been disclosed by Robert Miranda before we purchased these trips. I attempted to contact Robert directly via text, and I know he read the text, but he decided NOT to answer or provide ANY information. As per their cancelation policy, I requested a full refund in writing on March 1, 2025, which was well within the required 30 days following the date of purchase. I finally recieved my refund on April 15, 2025. Thank you for standing by your refund policy and making good on your word.

    Rob was nice considering he is a Yankee fan. The presentation was your typical blah blah blah ... Didn't buy the vacation package but did get my 50.00 back and a flight and hotel to Vegas ... The package seems legit and was priced fair imo. Originally I gave it four stars, but have sense reduced it to one which should be a zero. My wife attempted to use the 50.00 gift card at Home Depot and it was rejected. She attempted to go online to see the status of the card and can't gain access because someone already activated it. I call Rob and his calls are forwarded to a voicemail that isn't setup. We have tried to call the company as well who set this whole thing up and you guessed it they are closed. I should have know better, but this screams scam. Be smart and just research your vacation, these guys can't be trusted with $50.00 .. I would hate to see what they do with thousands of your hard earned money. Rob did return my call today and said that he would get with the company who issued the card and have them contact me. Let's see if this will actually take place. Update 6/2 a refund was promised by the owner and has been received, the company honored what they said they would do in rectifying the situation which was much appreciated. Rob was very responsive when working out the issue and saw it through, good job to the owner and Rob.

    Great program! Rob Miranda was wonderful to work with, he got us everything he promised! We attended and meeting for a travel program that lasted about 1.5. Even though we did not get the time share we still got what was promised! Thank you again for the experience!

    Thanks Rob for the opportunity to travel to Vegas . Hopefully everything goes good. my partner and I attended the presentation. Although the salesman did become very rude and aggressive at the end when we didn’t want to invest in the time share, Rob was never rude to us and so far has delivered on his words. Looking forward to following through with everything. And yes I was aware that nothing in this world in “free” and that we would most likely have to pay the taxes on our “free” trip. No big deal, thanks Rob!
