This is my fourth time visiting New York, and this is by far the most practical hotel/motel I’ve stayed at. The accommodation is clean, there is parking, and breakfast is included in the price. A shuttle bus picks you up right in front of the lobby and takes you to Manhattan in about 10 minutes. The return trip drops you off very close to the motel. The ride costs $4 one way. Great experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

We made a roadtrip from New York to San Francisco and this was our first motel for 4 night during our first stop near New York. Very convenient to park our car in front of the room after we took it from the car rental center at JFK. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was simple but nothing to complain about. Shuttle busses will stop every 10 minutes in front of the hotel that will drop you off at Port Authority bus station. Be aware when you want to go back from Port Authority that you need to ask the bus driver that you want to go to the super 8 motel. Otherwise they will just continue driving further. You have to walk back to the motel for about 10 minutes cause it is only one way traffic next to the motel. We found it a weird bus/shuttle system but it did the job!

It's important to understand that this isn't what you'd CONSIDER a "five star hotel", but I'm rating it based on what it is! I paid for a super8, and honestly it's one of the best I've stayed at. The BIGGEST thing is location, it's directly roadside so getting out can be a little rough, but it also has direct bus access to the city so that's also very helpful! If you DON'T like roadside noise /honking, this is Not for you, but as for someone who isn't bothered by it, accessibility due to the insane drivers is the only real deduct I have. The pricing is entirely reasonable for what I got, and I'm not disappointed at all! Editing to also note the staff was exceptional! Very kind and willing to work with you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Super 8 in North Bergen! The location is excellent — just minutes from Times Square, which made exploring the city so convenient. The front desk and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was quiet at night, and everything felt very hygienic and well-maintained. Free parking is a big plus in this area! Best of all, the price is the most affordable compared to other hotels nearby. I will definitely stay here again next time.

If you need a cheap clean bed this location has it covered. Just don't expect more. I expected a little more and was disappointed. Don't get me wrong I would stay again if I just wanted a place to sleep. Breakfast was included but the offering was coffee, juice, and toast. While hotel breakfasts are never fancy it was a sparse offering. The staff was polite and customer service adequate. There is an express bus service that picks up in front of the hotel and runs to Manhattan. I did use it but it is convenient. The bus return drop off is a short walk away but you should be aware the location is in a high traffic area. Plan accordingly if that is an issue. The room was quiet and while I noticed some traffic noise in the morning it did not interfere with sleep.
