This airline scammed my family out of $1,400. They FORGOT to print my boarding pass and caused me to miss my flight then told me it was my fault because I only showed up 60 min before my flight. Then refused to refund me my money but it’s 100% their fault for not printing out my boarding pass when I was the main flyer with a lap infant- the whole reservation was under MY name! How could they miss that AND blame ME AND withhold my money?! It’s 100% their fault. Had they printed my boarding pass (which HAD to be printed by the front counter- I was the only one who couldn’t check in). Our bags went to our destination and our family of 6 was stranded at the airport with small children. The TSA agents in the Seattle airport were absolutely disgusting. Prob because they’re not getting paid. What is the world coming to.

Well I suppose it's my own fault for not picking a better airline. And my own fault for trying to arrive early to beat the rush. But because I'm more than several hours ahead of my flight time, already checked in, I was told I couldn't drop my one bag that's already paid for. So I'm basically staring at a line of people that can't proceed through security and are forced to just sit here and wait as well. So if I didn't have a bag, I could already be pass security and ready. Never again...Fast forward, less the 2 hours before boarding. Still not an person in sight.

This Sun Country has NO agent at the Baggage check-in like other airline providers. There was a long line, disabled, elderly and kids that waited for 1.75 hrs. We called Sun Country and waited for 30 minites, they said they don't allow their agents to come help until 3 hours before their first flight. Once the agents came, it took a long time to help the long lines. This is terrible practice at the Seattle airport. Needs to change!

We Arrived 3.5 hours early after getting off an Alaska cruise out of SeaTac. No Sun Country counter to be found. Called Sun Country, 4-5 different times. Nobody will be at counter until 3 hours b4 flight. Ok, I'll get some breakfast. Showed up 2.5 hours b4 flight. No counter check in. Called Sun country again. They said they would check and could I hold. No hold, put directly into survey. Once the counter actually opened, RUDE service guy tells me and my husband, our luggage and his walker were taking up too much room. ????WHAT???? There's no blessed room anywhere at your check in desk. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?! it gets worse. We don't actually get a gate for our plane. They loaded us on buses and took us to some mystery corner of SeaTac. Left us sitting on the bus while they put food and drink on the plane. I have no idea we're getting on to the plane. No counter check in, no gate for the plane, is the tower going to get us out of here safely or do we close our eyes and punch it????? Unbelievable!!!! We're still on the bus. Not ever again Sun Country! Not ever!!!!! We're Finally on the plane. A couple in row 3 have a oversize size suitcase. They stuff it into the overhead bin. Attendant tries to find out who did it. They say nothing. Rather than pulling it out and having it checked she leaves it there and does nothing. We Left an hour late with no explanation. While landing in MSP they allowed a woman to spray perfume and a small kid comes running up the aisle saying he has to pee as we are on the runway. The attendant says sit down. The father yells to go ahead. Attendant did nothing. How many things can go wrong with one flight????? Oversize case pic below.

One star rating? Let me fixed that. I booked my flight through booking.com not knowing much about Sun Country. This would be my first experienced with sun country. I went online to research more about sun country. I was a bit worried about the google reviews. My first experienced with Sun Country was quite wonderful. The service was great. The fees are within my budget. I would fly with sun country again. The landing was smooth. Shout out to the pilot. I also like it that they accept paypal as a form of payment.
