I absolutely hated my experience with this company. Sandra was very short and rude throughout the entire planning. When I called with questions she would rush off the phone. Everyone in the office had attitude whenever I called. I asked several times about what documentation I needed for this trip. Rudely I was told "just your government ID, like a drivers license". After a 6 hour car ride and waisted money on a hotel, we could not board the ship due to not having our birth certificate. When I called back to express my grievances, all the manager could say was "sorry". No offer has been made to compensate our loss. No efforts have been made to ensure their customers were satisfied. This is the worst travel agency ever and I will never use them again.
