Al with StarGaze Vacations Inc is an amazing travel agent. He goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with your travel arrangements. We had a little difficulty booking some excursions on our Dubai trip. We called Al and he was able to get some clarification and resolved the issue. I book my travels through StarGaze because of Al and his amazing customer service. I want to provide an update and give Al additional kudos for superb customer service. I called Al asking for assistance with my return flight from Dubai because Air France kept changing our seats. I also expressed an upgrade in seating because Air France airplanes economy plus type seats were still small with no legroom for a 6’2 male. Al was able to get everything done and confirmed upgrade to business/first class and it was well worth the money for two six plus hour flights.
