In an out no complaints but man what’s up with them seats man it’s tight in there but man can we get some cushion on them seats for flights longer than two hours after two hours good lawd spirit cool tho I trust them more than the other companies but them seats man come on now let’s get it together

DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE. Baggage limits below other standards,. Weights and sizes are lower than others with similar pricing. Signs I have posted shows how your are greeted at the desks, only to find them closed. I waited in line because they didn't have staff until 7:05pm, they showed up late, only to direct me to a kiosk. (Why not post a sign?) Only to find out the kiosk didn't work, sending me to the back of the line to accomplish check in. Horrible service....

worst airline in the world! canceled the flight and didn’t warn found out about it upon arrival at the airport the next day they didn’t put me on a plane transfer, it took 2 days to get to Miami when communicating with company employees, everyone is ticking, everyone hides their badges so that they can’t be found. support appreciated my inconvenience with a $50 voucher, although I spent at least $500 on it, that's fair🤣🤣🤣🤣 you are a small person and they are spirit!!!

Shout out to the flight attendants who made my first flight in my life a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Flew spirit airline on October 22nd 2020 ( my 30th bday ) with my husband from Portland OR to Vegas! Jessica and Perry were the flight attendants that morning and they were the sweetest and most considerate! They made my husband and I so comfortable! I was extremely nervous to fly since it would be my first time in the air and was ultimately terrified of being to big to fit in the seat! I was so paranoid the night before that I didn’t sleep or eat! ( my husband and I are 300+ pounds but TALL and we fit with no problems. Perry offered me and my husband a free drink to help my nerves and I am so GREAT-FUL for their compassion and the comfort they both offered! I wish I could say the same about our return flight with Frontier (BOO)!! I hope Spirit will reach out and show appreciation to Jessica and Perry they truly were the best and my husband and I will be flying Spirit again because of this experience!

DO NOT NEVER EVER TRY THIS COMPANY, BEFORE YOU READ THE COMMENTS BELOW. The price of the air ticket is a trick. Mostly, airport company charge average $30~40 for checkin bag; however, they change $89 for checkin bag. And, they also charge carry-on bag for $89. Which means, you need to add $89~$178 to your air ticket if you only have one checkin bag and one carry-on bag. The most trick part is their weigh limit for checkin bag is only 40 lb, normally 50lb. They charge $125 for over weigh in my case. Conclusion, the air ticket for me and my wife is only over a $100 dollars, but we paid for almost 300 for our checkin bags.
