I like Spirit Airlines, no hassle transportation, very nice and helpful staff throughout the travel process. Inexpensive fair, nice planes, couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for getting me to my destination safely and in a timely manner. GREAT JOB! KEEP IT UP.... 🌞 Dumbo in theatres, that's all folks. 🙏 Plus let's hear it for all the chefs in the sky!

Worst experience and customer service ever!! Already booked online for the flight and extra checked bag for a flight from AZ to TX. Paid for the flight about $118 for the tickets and $45 for the checked luggage and as soon as I arrived to the airport to check my luggage found 2 ladies who wasn't willing to help anyone whatsoever not just me !! One of them was already talking on her personal phone while she's on the counter and the 2nd one sitting crossing her legs and chewing a gum and when I went to weight my luggage she immediately said no it's overweight and you can't take it unless you pay $100 for the overweight and it was actually for my mother who is over 60 and have a disability and they didn't care, so I started to ask her for other options she was no that's the rules !! And she was like or she can pay cheaper and take another bag as a carry-on! So I looked online and found that having an extra checked bag will be $80 so I paid it for her and avoided the hassle and I showed them that I paid for additional luggage and as soon as they saw that I paid for the extra luggage they didn't care about the weight and didn't even look at it!!! Which is very contradictory with what they were saying and all that they cared about is just collecting money from us and they were very rude and worst customer services ever !! So apparently, I paid for the flight $118 and luggages $125 overall around $245, which I could have booked a better airlines with a better customer experience and customer service !! Even submitted an online complaint and after 10 days they replied back to me saying that they will provide my feedback to the management so they will take appropriate action with the agent and will avoid such a thing in the future!! Did you fix my issue that way !???

SHE HAD PREPAID ROUND TRIP TICKETS ON THE WAY BACK FROM FLORIDA THEY TREATED HER LIKE SHE WAS TRYING TO SCAM THEM FOR SOME REASON TICKETING AGENCY USED A AMEX CARD AND THEY WANTED HER TO PRODUCE THIS AMEX CARD THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO HER AND SHE MISSED HER FLIGHT ✈️ ENDED UP BEING AT THE AIRPORT FOR 12 HRS. PAY A LITTLE MORE SO YOU DON'T END UP FEELING LIKE A SARDINE NO WORRIES MY FRIENDS

I have to admit Spirit was a great travel experience. To be honest I was expecting a substandard experience. Earlier in the week I flew out to Orange County, Ca on American Airlines. The seats were tight and wasn’t even offered bottled water(they claimed the flight was too short). Was not impressed with AA. On the return flight to Phoenix, I would be flying Spirit Airlines. My friends who worked for Jet Suite X laughed and told me how much of a joke the airline was. Ha Let me tell you….Spirit Airlines had the nicest staff with over the top personality! The on boarding and off boarding was a positive experience. The seats were comfortable. And and we were offered water and snacks on a 49 min flight! Kudos to Spirit! The best years are ahead for this company!
