I had absolutely no issues with customer service, boarding, or receiving my bags. The flight crew was very attentive to my needs, even when i had a lot of questions mid flight. I was greeted with smiles from everyone, and the pilot communicated nicely and clearly, ensuring that all guests were safely seated for the turbulence ahead.

First time using Spirit to fly with and I was impressed. The crew on my flights Cleveland to LAX and back were wonderful. I was greeted when getting on the plane and off every time. The seats coukd be a little more comfortable but for what I paid I was happy. Check in was easy with the app. Scanned boarding pass and went right to seats. Bring your own snacks but no drinks over 3oz. I'll definitely fly again!

I couldn't be happier. This airline was on time and staff was excellent. We flew round trip to Las Vegas from St.Louis. To all that were displeased all I can say is read the clearly posted prices and information. Delays and cancellations happen to all air lines. I will fly spirit again.

It was the only budget flight returning, and I was reluctant to take it. Spirit gets a bad rap, but I experienced nothing but hospitality, good customer service and a minimally chaotic boarding process that usually happens with budget airlines. I thought maybe they were just more professional leaving New Orleans, but I experienced the same level of professionalism leaving Atlanta on the second leg of my flight. I had a very pleasant fly with them, and look forward to flying with them again for my budget flights. Very underrated.

Had a really good experience traveling round trip to-from Ohio-Florida. Good service, staff for the short flight.
